My way to practice foreign language and care about mental health.

I believe to write down some texts — can be a good approach to cope with anxiety and stress. We recognize our emotions, find the correct words, we describe them. And we can go through complex feelings one more time but without crashing our soul.

I am looking at so fragile future and know I can build it the way I like.

As we are living in a new normality cosed by COVID, I think it is ok to find out the new ways of refilling and renovation:

  1. to start absolutely new things to do (for me it is my sport).
  2. to study new information or even change the profession.
  3. to find out new senses in everyday routine.

All these changes take place in my own life. I am super extraverted person or maybe was… But I know that to feel better and to protect myself from stress I just need to conversate. Even if it is only online conversation. You always can find some pros.

For example, I try to write my arctiles in English. Because English is not my mother tongue and I use every possibility to practice English:

  • I study programming languages in English and do not use books that were translated.
  • I speak English with my colleagues as often as it possible. Every day, actually.
  • I read non-fiction and businness literature in English and I love Netflix :)
  • I desided to write articles here, at Medium, to share my thoughts, feelings and experience in English.

I hope it will be amasing trip here, at Medium. And I believe, I can bring on a table something that will be really useful for you.
